When I asked my brother what he wanted for Christmas he mentioned a blanket for his Eagle Scout patch. At that point the rest of the list washed away in my mind. I had a few weeks to make the quilt. I used the same pattern (just slightly modified) from the quilt that I sent to Soldiers' Angels. I thought the red, white, and blue would also be appropriate for an Eagle Scout quilt. Luckily with my awesome new sewing machine and several snow days, I finished the day before I flew home.
