Well, I made it to one of the vineyards that I had mentioned on my Vermont To Do list! I went Thursday evening with my future roommate. They have a concert every Thursday night. We did a brief tasting. I acquired the necessary wine glass with the vineyard's logo (to add to my collection of glasses from the other places I've done wine tastings). We also got a bottle of their very tasty Rose Red to enjoy. Skinny Pancake (love the name!) was there selling their crepes. We split a savory veggie crepe and a sweet nutella, strawberry, banana crepe. Yum! It was a very beautiful, relaxing night. I hope to catch another Thursday night concert before the end of the summer.
I'm finding that most things I've been doing have been relaxing. It is awesome not to have a job or a house to occupy my thoughts. I am free to everything that I do so much more. It is also funny that I don't really have any commitments but I feel pretty busy. The great thing is that I'm busy with stuff that I want to do! That being said, I am still on the job hunt and hopeful that something will come up soon. I'm also looking forward to moving into the apartment when it is ready for us.
